If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible.

• ✏️ Change order: As long as your order hasn’t been shipped, we can adjust items, quantities, or address details.

• ❌ Cancel order: A cancellation is possible if your package hasn’t left our warehouse yet.

We’ll take care of it immediately and confirm the update or cancellation by email.

Good to know:

• If your package is already on its way, you can simply return it after delivery.

• Use the return slip included in your parcel.
