Your order is on its way – sometimes it just takes a little longer. 💚

At Doderm, we aim to deliver your products quickly and reliably. However, in rare cases, shipments can be delayed due to courier capacity, weather, or holidays.

Don’t worry – your parcel is on the move, and we’ll help you track it down.


💚 Here’s what you can do

1️⃣ Check the tracking link
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your DHL tracking number to follow its journey.

2️⃣ Allow 1–2 extra days
Sometimes parcels arrive a day later than expected even if the tracking seems delayed. Please allow a short buffer.

3️⃣ Still no delivery after a few days?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 business days (Germany) or 10 business days (international), contact us at

We’ll open an investigation with DHL and make sure your order gets to you.
