Don’t worry – we’ll find your package.
Sometimes a delivery may take a little longer. If your package hasn’t arrived as expected, here’s what to do:

1. Check the tracking
   Use the link in your shipping confirmation email. Occasionally, delivery is delayed by 1–2 days.

2. Ask neighbours or check drop-off location
   Your package might have been left with neighbours or at your designated safe place.

3. Contact us
   If your package still hasn’t turned up after a few days, email us at [email protected] with your order number.
